Le Bistrot De Nino isn't just any restaurant; it's a dining experience rooted in local flavors and classic French cuisine. The interior feels like a warm embrace, with rustic wooden tables, soft lighting, and a welcoming vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the delightful aromas of freshly baked bread and perfectly prepared dishes that make you feel like you're dining in a Parisian home.

The menu here is an ever-evolving celebration of seasonal ingredients. One of their standout dishes is the bouillabaisse, a Provencal seafood stew that captures the essence of the Mediterranean. Made with fresh fish, shellfish, and a rich, flavorful broth, it's the kind of dish that transports you straight to the sea. You can’t visit Le Bistrot De Nino without trying this iconic local dish.

Aside from the bouillabaisse, the bistro also offers a variety of other mouthwatering options. For starters, the escargots de Bourgogne are a fan favorite, served in a fragrant garlic butter sauce that's simply irresistible. Another must-try is their tartare de boeuf, made with the finest beef and seasoned just right. The freshness of the ingredients really shines in every dish.

The bistro’s wine list is carefully curated, offering a selection of local wines from the surrounding Provence region. Whether you're in the mood for a light white to pair with seafood or a full-bodied red to complement your steak, the staff at Le Bistrot De Nino are more than happy to recommend the perfect bottle. It’s a fine balance of professionalism and personal touch that makes you feel at home.

For dessert, don’t miss out on their tarte tatin, a classic French upside-down caramelized apple tart. It’s the perfect sweet finish to an already memorable meal. Paired with a café crème, it’s the kind of indulgence that leaves you satisfied and content.

But what truly sets Le Bistrot De Nino apart is its location. Cassis is known for its stunning coastline and picturesque harbor, and this bistro is just a stone's throw away from it all. • We stayed in one of their rooms and sitting on our balcony we had a view of the restaurant. Watching tableside preparation of catch of the day drove us to the decision to try it one evening. Our waitress was wonderful and the sea bream was fresh, properly cooked with a generous helping of potatoes and vegetables. The view was magnificent.

  • We had a pleasure having dinner in this restaurant with amazing view and very friendly staff. We went for a catch of the day in combination with some very good local wine, and huge portion of dessert. Everything from the beginning to the end of the experience was great, we can only recommend this outstanding restaurant next to Port of Cassis! Valeriia and Ignace
